“With a Journalism background in Electronic Media, Customer Service was not in my sights, but it has easily become my passion; my name is JaLisa Dove, owner and operator of JaLisa Dove Consulting.” 

I moved to Georgia in 2021 and quickly found myself employed in the Hospitality industry. Being attentive, to the customers and anticipating their dining needs, easily made me the top requested server for guests and important clientele.  These requests followed me in my serving career, allowing me to expand my talents to other restaurants and fine dining establishments around Atlanta.

 

My skills were praised even more after being hired at Party of 5 by Metrowest.  I held the job of Lead Server and swiftly moved to Front of House Manager.  Being the Front of House Manager gained me certification in training new staff; ensuring they were equipped with the essential skills needed to create an elevated dining experience.  

 

While dining at several restaurants in and outside of Atlanta, I feel that the service I possess, is one that should be had in all establishments.  With JaLisa Dove Consulting, I make it my duty to train restaurant wait staff on the proper ways to serve guests.  This is done with menu knowledge, steps of service, suggestive selling, and more!  Making sure a customer feels whole after a dining experience is imperative, and the training through JaLisa Dove Consulting will teach all how to do so.  Customers always come first, and their request is never a problem!
